Originally from the UK, I currently live in Spain, where the summers are hot, the winters are cold and where the tap water tastes amazing!

I've worked in education for the last twenty years. My interest in NGOs began shortly after finishing university when I spent two years working as a volunteer in the Philippines. During my time here, I witnessed the power that NGOs have in supporting at-risk communities. After returning to the UK, I began to work with NGOs and development agencies on the ground, raising awareness among young people and encouraging fundraising in schools and colleges.

In 2015, I decided to become a CELTA-qualified English language teacher. I am now really excited to be able to continue empowering the NGO sector through language and communication support.
